2015 Competition Rules
Ideas submitted to this competition may come from an individual or a team from anywhere in the United States.
There is no limit to the number of members on a team,
but team entrants must select one team member (a spokesperson) to present the idea.
Any area of business is valid.
Must select under which category the team will compete.
All ideas must be original work or an improvement upon an existing idea without infringements.
If the applicants are involved in an existing venture or company, the existing venture must have only been established for a year or less at the time of the competition.
All members selected to compete must appear and pitch their ideas at the competition on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Any individual or team spokesperson that fails to appear at the competition on Saturday, April 16, 2016, will forfeit all rights in the competition and will be disqualified.
Each team has two-minutes to present their idea.
No team can use an electronic display or any computerization in their presentation.
Only the product and/or service can be presented for the audience and judges during the presentation. In addition, each team may supply one slide that will be displayed on our monitor during your presentation. The slide will be managed on our system and by our people.
All applicants risk disqualification if they, or someone on their behalf, attempt to approach a judge in connection to this competition.
